PLEASE READ REGISTRATION INFORMATION CAREFULLY
In order for H5R1 Firearm Training to maintain a high degree of integrity and effectiveness in our programs, it is essential that you understand the following information BEFORE enrolling in any Be Safe Firearms Training course.
Our courses fill rapidly so please register as early as you are able.
To enroll in a H5R1 Firearms Training course, you need to do the following:
Read the course description, prerequisites and other requirements for students.
Print and complete and sign the registration form.
Submit the required deposit or payment.
We accept Paypal and checks.
To pay by paypal please contact Mike @9178814835. Then mail your signed, completed form to H5R1 Firearms Training at the address on the form. If paying by check, enclose your check, made payable to H5R1, with your completed registration form and mail to H5R1 Firearms Training at the address on the form.
We advise that you call to check class fullness before mailing in your registration form.Upon receipt of your payment and registration form, you will be sent/emailed a confirmation letter, directions to the range, and any other information needed to attend the class.
Cancellations/Refunds Emergencies are handled on a case by case basis, so please call if a problem arises after you've registered. Cancellations with 7 days or more notice receive a full refund. Cancellations with less than 7 days but more than 48 hours notice will have their payment credited toward a future class. Cancellations with 48 hours notice or for no-shows, NO REFUND will be issued.
